$150 Per/Night (Sign & Submit Rental Contract)
2 Night Minimum
3 Night Minimum for Holiday Weekends
We will adjust pricing if the rental is booked for more then 10 days at a time.
$40 Sanitation Dumping Fee
If the renter is not able to dump tanks, there is a $40 dumping fee. (No exceptions.)
$50 Pet Fee (Sign & Submit Pet Waiver)
Additional pet deposit fees and additional pet waiver mush be signed.
$5 Gas Fee
If rental is not returned with gasoline levels when rented out, we will charge $5.00 a gallon to fill up and this fee will be required upon returning rental.
